Returns

Eligibility

  • All return & exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, with tags and original packaging preserved.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at support@netsoutdoors.com.
  • Stay in contact with us during the process to ensure a smooth resolution.
  • Check for defects or wrong items and report them promptly.
  • If the return is not due to a product quality issue, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Ineligibility (Non-returnable Items)

  • Final sale items, gift cards, or freebies.
  • Swimwear (unless faulty due to hygiene reasons).
  • Accessories and flash sale items are non-returnable.

Exchanges

Email support@netsoutdoors.com to arrange an exchange.

Only one return or exchange per item is allowed.

Refunds

  • You’ll be notified once we receive and inspect your returned item.
  • Please provide the return tracking number after shipping your return.
  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days after the return is received.
  • For refund questions, please contact support@netsoutdoors.com.

Additional Notes

  • For returns due to personal reasons (unwanted, incorrect purchase), customers must cover the return shipping cost.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is damaged or lost.
  • Do not return the package to the sender’s original shipping address.
  • We are establishing return centers in the US, HK, and more regions.
  • BOGO orders may be refunded proportionally.
  • Black Friday / Cyber Monday final sale items are not returnable.
